Churod Electronics uses multi-physics simulation technology to design efficient and robust CCS systems. Working primarily in a blister scheme, Churod’s designs layer the PCB, busbar, and fuse protection for a general weight reduction when compared with competing technologies. This process also allows for increased product length (greater than 2000mm) while also minimizing thickness. This provides excellent protection against short circuit to external componentry. Internal resistance is ultra-low due to our etch-molding process.
